Account and billing help
For account or subscription help, contact us using the email address connected to your Life Admin account where possible. This helps us verify the request without asking for unnecessary personal information.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion or privacy complaints, use the subject line “Privacy request”. Our Privacy Policy explains the available process.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security issue, use the subject line “Security report” and include clear reproduction steps without accessing, changing or downloading another person's information. See our Security page for responsible reporting guidance.
